| Financial Report | $4673.77 🡪 $2998.79 | $75 donation. Expenses: $1000 for new books, $500 for programs, $250 for passes to the Children’s Museum in Bangor. |
| Librarian’s Report | This is quarterly. | |
| Publicity | Helen appreciates timely input. Principal Ellen S. is including HPL news in the school newsletter. | Please do continue to submit news items to Helen 10 days in advance |
| School Liaison | SES will plan visits to HPL in the spring. | |
| Book Club | Zoom meeting 6 pm 2/25. February’s title is Between the World and Me. Liz also mentions that the Writers Group is very supportive and friendly. | Call Lorrie to join either group. 938-4702. |
| Display Case | Feb.: Vases and Valentines. Mar.: A Stable of Horses. April: Comics. May: Baskets. June: Pitchers. | Irene does a spectacular job on this project. Call her to contribute: 717-9035. |

| Old Business | We have 26 short stories to date. Prizes will be announced 3/12 on Facebook. Parameters: grammar, clear message, intro-body-end, interesting, creative/original. | Judges will meet at HPL Fri. 2/28 and/or Sat. 3/1. |
| New Business | Spring Fundraisers: May Plant Sale 5/17. June Yard Sale 6/21. Both 8 am till noon. | Donations, please! Except for electronics. |
