| Librarian’s Report | Lorrie says SRP was “a learning experience.” The bike prize was a great draw and will be offered next year, too. Shelves and new furniture look great. Weeding is nearly done. Mr. Shawn will present “Oceans of Possibility” Tues., 10/25, 4 pm. | |
| Publicity | Helen keeps RTE and SVMS up to date. | Thanks, Helen! |
| School Liaison | Suggestion: have SVMS classes visit HPL next spring. No plan yet for volunteers to resume at SVMS. | |
| Book Club | READ ME books will be done this month. Next will be Banned Books. | Call Lorrie (938-4702) to join. Club meets each last Tues., 6 pm. |
| Old Business | Yard Sale brought in $725. Jill Marianacci will present a Loon Talk Thurs., 9/25, 6pm. Donations will be accepted, half for Audubon and half for HPL. | We will give Jill a $25 gift card, plus $100 for Audubon. This is open to the public. |
| New Business | Our Annual Meeting is 10/20. Elections will be held. Budget will be voted on. Air purifier filters needed. A Fall Reading Challenge from 10/1 – 12/1 will be for all ages. | Public is invited. Light refreshments will be served from 6 to 6:30 pm. Budget $80 for 2. See Lorrie to enter. Prize: $50 gift card to Hometown Pizza. |
