Financial Report | Balance: $2479.80. Maureen will send dues invoices in January. | The website fee has been paid, but bills for the air purifier and the flowers are still outstanding |
Librarian’s Report | Book Week saw 20 “goodies” bags, 1-2 books/child, and 13 new library cards issued. Grants have been submitted for gaming laptops, an area rug, and furniture to refurbish the YA area. | Lorrie plans a Bean Stack Reading Program for the Christmas and winter school vacations. Thank you, Lorrie! |
Publicity | Helen continues to send info to RTE, and Liz to Somerset Elementary School principal, Ellen Suprenant. | Liz will ask Hartland Christian School principal, Kevin Breau (938-4250) if he wants flyers/posters of HPL happenings. |
Book Club | December’s book is “reader’s choice.” | 12/28, 6 pm, upstairs in the library. |
Programming | Storytime, puppet theater, crafts are still on hold. | |
Old Business | The book sale continues downstairs. Park and museum passes. | Come browse and purchase! Lorrie is researching. |
New Business | Plant sale will be May 21st. Possible yard sale next June. Amazon Smile has raised $140.68. Family Gaming Day is in the planning stage. | Please plan to prepare seedlings, plants, etc. Jen will ask Mark if/how monies are received. |
