| Financial Report | Balance: $3278.15 with receipts from dues, and the plant/audio book sale ($717). | |
| Librarian’s Report | SRP is planned. Weeding and reorganizing continues. The Sharing Shelf is well-used. 3 new cards issued this month. The kids loved Mr. Shawn’s talk on bullying and socioemotional learning. | The Park Pass has been used twice. Come in to check out the new look. Bring your kids in to hear Mr. Shawn again, Thursday, 6/23, 4 pm. |
| Publicity | Helen continues posting library news with RTE. | |
| School Liaison | Liz reports we can use SVMS’s newsletter for SRP, etc. | |
| Book Club | With a membership numbering 15, and an average of 6 attendees each month, this group is ongoing @ 14 years. The selections for July and August are from Read ME. | Call Lorrie (938-4702) to join. |
| Old Business | The indoor-outdoor Yard Sale is 8 to noon, June 25th. Our October meeting will be for officer elections. Re The Loon Talk, we voted to pay $100 to Audubon to present their program, + a $25 gas card to the speaker. | Please bring “gently used” or new donations to HPL now till 6/24, except for electronics. Please consider serving, especially as treasurer. Liz will contact Audubon to see when a speaker will be available (this fall? Next spring?) |
