| Financial Report | Beginning balance $3846.32; Income $35.30; ending balance: $3859.62 | $25 from Beth Clark, $10 from Tina Hainer, $.30 interest. |
| Librarian Report | The Stephen King grant has resulted in new flooring, 2 heat pumps, new front desks, new shelves in media room, and soon cameras at front and side doors. Elwin Littlefied, board member >50 years has died. Wayne Libby, board member and chair for decades, has resigned. Alison Ramsdell has resigned. Jen, Nekisha and Evie Rowe, so far no seniors at Wed. Senior Social Hour. Family Game Days next month: 2/4 and 2/18. D and D: 2/7. | To celebrate with the community, there will be an Open House in March. Kathie will send cards of sympathy and gratitude. Please invite any seniors! |
| Book Club | Members have received the new list for 1 – 6/2023. | Contact Lorrie to join (938-4702.) |
| School Liaison | Volunteers are now welcome at SVMS. | Liz will see who is ready to return. |
| Old Business | The changing table and air purifiers will be purchased. | |
| New Business | Bylaw Review will happen at our next meeting. Book Sale: Jen has displayed 5 tables of books and DVD’s downstairs. By donation. Fundraisers: Plant Sale 5/13, Yard Sale 6/10. | Jen will email copies to members. Please plan to come, Feb. 22 – 25. We’d like no leftovers! Donations will be welcome! |
