| Financial Report | Same as last month, $2545.15. Maureen to send dues notices. | $105 will be reimbursed to Jen for the Park Pass. |
| Librarian’s Report | SRP will include 2 Discovery programs, a Sea Dogs program, one by Jen. Participants to write short book reports; prize to be awarded. Weeding continues. 12 Library cards issued in March, 60 Take & Makes went home; 58 new books catalogued. | Lorrie will ask the Masons to donate a prize/bike. Lorrie may donate JFIC to SVH. |

| School Liaison | Liz will deliver SRP flyers to schools. When COVID is gone, volunteers may again read stories onsite, &/or classes may tour the Library. | |
| Book Club | The 2 Read ME selections are already in the Library. Meetings will be hybrid this summer. | |
| Old Business | Plant and Audio Book sale 5/21. By donation. Outdoors. 8 to 11 am. Community Garden Meet-Up. Jen, Irene, and Meaghan scoped out the area; digging has begun. Summerfest. 7/16. HPL will have free books, promo flyers, library card ap’s, 2 outdoor games. | Set up Fri., 5/20, 3 to 6 pm + 7:30 am Sat. Volunteers will bring compost and plants. Lorrie, Jen, Irene, and Liz will be there 9 to 11 am. |
| New Business | Board updates: Outdoor clean-up Sat., 4/23, 10 am. Building Committee reports water damage down stairs. New lights, windows, a sink, a heat pump, a desk, and shelves are to be purchased with the grant from Stephen King. Memorial Day Parade. Participate? | Raking accomplished, digging has begun. Kathie and Jen will continue Mon., 4/25. Come and play! Inappropriate to the occasion. |
