Beth gave a written report. Balance: $1022.18

To Nick for SRP, Liz for website, Helen for publicity, Irene for plants, Beth for update, Tim for composing two songs for the SRP, and to everyone who helped with the summer reading program.

400 brochures went to area schools re SRP.
Fund Raising
Yard sale with Outlook Club Sat., 8/18 – $179.00 was raised for HPL
Consider concert? Craft fair?

22 children completed SRP goals. Enjoyable! Tim’s song is on website.
Bulletin Board. Please bring ideas for themes. Beth will do 1 for International Peace Day.
Hawk Talk by Marek Plater- Well received!
CB Anderson’s presentation on River Talk. – 8 from HPL attended. Do we want to invite another author?
Metal detecting—on hold
Lyme Disease presentation – John has 2 videos to show in Oct.
Holiday Card Exchange in December – with libraries in 14 other states.
